Absolutely YES. You can come see me at my purpose built customer viewing room with no obligation. Here I can show you sample albums, slideshows from wedding venues and you can get to know me a bit better. We can also have a drink from the fully stocked bar, a game of pool or throw some darts. No its not my mid life crisis man cave, these things are in there purely for customers!!! 😉
I have 4 packages that cover what most of the people want most of the time, however, none of these packages are set in stone so if you have particular things that you want included or don’t want included I will always work something out to suit you.
Yes. We will have a meeting either in person at my place or we can do it on the phone or a zoom if that’s easier for you. During this meeting we will go through the timings on the day and who is who as far as family and bridal party are concerned and what specific family group photos you would like and any requests for specific photos.
Depending on which package booked you will have a same day slideshow so will get some sneak peaks actually on your wedding day. Then about 2-4 weeks after your wedding day the full edited gallery will go live on your personal online gallery page. From this gallery you select your images for your wedding album and guests can purchase prints.
Once you have selected the images from your gallery I will then design the album which usually takes 1-2 weeks depending on the time of year. You will then come see me where will go through the design using a fantastic piece of software which will allow you to have full control of how your album design will look. You will also decide at this point whether you want to upgrade your album in anyway ie. size, cover options, different papers and parent albums.
Yes absolutely. All packages come with a set of digitals that are suitable for use on social media. These are a smaller file size and have a logo on them. If you wanted large files with no logo suitable for printing canvases and prints etc. then these are included in the Diamond package or can be purchased seperately.
If you want to secure your date we fill out a contract and take a non refundable £500 booking fee. This is then deducted from the balance which is then due 60 days before your wedding day. You can pay by card, bank transfer or cash and can even pay in instalments if you wish.
Wedding Video FAQs
We use some static video cameras as well as our photographic cameras so that the videography and photography complement each other. It also saves time and messing about as we’ll photograph and film at the same time so you won’t have to recreate things for a separate videographer, which will free up time for you to spend with your wedding guests.
Yes- But only when flying is allowed at the wedding venue and weather permitting.
Full ceremony or speeches can be included as an extra option. The highlights video will be short clips only without audio, although we may use short clips with audio to enhance the final video.
It’s illegal to use other people’s music without their permission in our films. We license each song online which is included in the overall price. It’s important for us to keep creative control when it comes to picking songs to score your film but feel free to tell us if you like any specific genre.
No! Most definitely not, 99% of the highlights video is from movie clips, although we might use the odd photo to compliment the video but the vast majority of the wedding highlights video will be from video footage filmed during your wedding day.
Your finished video will be ready at the same time as your edited photographs, which is usually 4 weeks.
The cost of adding video to your photography package is just £500 for a 5-7 minute video.
A longer video with all the ceremony and speeches recorded with audio is £750.
